The National Parks Service is starting to scan the nominations and make them available online. While not all are done at this time, Kentucky has a large number available.
For properties in Fayette County, you can contact the LFUCG Division of Historic Preservation. They can email you a pdf of the nomination.
Nominations for all Kentucky counties can be accessed by contacting the Kentucky Heritage Council.
