When you are signed in to InfoKat Discovery, you have access to your e-Shelf where you can save and organize materials that you find. Your e-Shelf is saved automatically, so when you sign back in later, everything will still be there!
You can add titles to your e-Shelf from any search screen by clicking the star next to the title, or by using the Add to e-Shelf option from the Actions menu. You can add a whole page of search results to your e-Shelf at once using the Add page to e-Shelf option.
Once you have saved a bunch of titles into your e-Shelf, you can organize them into folders (and subfolders) for whatever categories are useful to you: articles for your research paper, ideas for your book club, or DVDs you want to check out from the library. You can also add notes to individual titles to remind yourself why you saved them!
Once you've gathered resources onto your e-Shelf, you can use that information in a variety of ways: you can print the list, email it to yourself (or to someone else), or export it into a reference manager like EndNote or RefWorks.
