ASTM publishes all symposia papers in book format (known as STPs or Selected Technical Papers). These are individual publications searchable in Infokat Discovery (online catalog) and are NOT an ASTM standard.
UK Faculty, Staff and Affiliates:
UK Libraries is now providing free access to digital ASTM Book of Standards. Please be aware there may be a click-thru license agreement that you will need to agree to to before you get to the site. You will not need to pay for any standards.
All other standards (ISO, IEC, etc.) will need to be purchased. See links below. Please be aware many standards organizations have equivalent standards so you may want to check the digital collection above before purchasing.
Please contact Sue Smith if you have any issues or need assistance.
The nice thing about standards is that there are so many of them to choose from. -- Andrew Tanenbaum in Computer Networks
What is a standard or specification?
