Management: Personality Types

Guide to finding resources related to various management topics.

Personality Types

Personality types are part of psychological study. They are greatly variable and should not be used as an exact benchmark, but they can help you evaluate and understand your employees' goals, strategies, and needs so you can work to manage them to their full potential. There are several personality tests, but some of the more common include DiSC Profile, Myers-Briggs, and Big Five. There are many academic scholars who study personality types and tests; you can check out some of their articles at the bottom of this page.

Visit the Myers-Briggs website for more information.
