How to Find books on Chinese Language and Literature

The majority of the print resources on Language and Literature are located in the William T. Young Library. Listed below are the classification numbers for Chinese Language and Literature.  The quickest way to locate a book if you do not know the author or title would be to search the stacks in Young Library under these call numbers. They are located in the Young Library on the 4th floor.

Accessing Books

You can find Chinese literature or books on Chinese literature and translations of Chinese literature through the international library catalogs. WorldCat has access to many libraries with good collections in Chinese. By using the advanced search you can limit your search by language.

University of Kentucky Libraries is a member of Center for Research Libraries.  This collection has a great number of books on Chinese literature that are available to be borrow through interlibary loan.  By using the advanced search function, you can search the catalog specify the language that is used in the resource.  The Center has a number of collections that might include material on China.
