- Kentucky Eats! Oral History ProjectThis is a series of interviews with Kentucky residents concerning memories of food and food habits.
- Kentucky History: General Oral History ProjectThis series includes miscellaneous interviews regarding the the history of Kentucky.
- Kentucky League of Cities Oral History ProjectThe Kentucky League of Cities (KLC), an association of 370 cities throughout the Commonwealth, provides the state with financial, legal, technical, and educational resources, and focuses on policy making, research, and development. This project consists of interviews with various city officials throughout Kentucky who have served on the KLC board.
- Kentucky Thoroughbred Oral History ProjectThis collection documents the reflections of people involved with the Thoroughbred industry in Kentucky. The industry has a long a storied history in the state of Kentucky dating back to around the American Revolution. Topics include horse racing, important trainers and jockeys, and horses that have made the industry what it is today.
