The George W. Didlake diary (dated 1861-1865; 0.01 cubic feet; 1 folder) consists of the original diary, a typed transcript of the diary, and a photocopy of a letter written by George Didlake, which primarily document Didlake's experiences as a prisoner of war during the Civil War.

The James Holsinger collection on military documents (dated 1905-1990, undated; 4 cubic feet; 4 boxes) comprises U.S. Army manuals, handbooks, and intelligence reports primarily regarding Soviet tactics.

This collection is part of Judge Samuel M. Wilson's papers. Included are personal and official correspondence, general orders, documents of the Judge Advocate Department, 77th Division, in which Wilson served, court marshall decisions, maps, programs, magazines, postcards, pamphlets, pictures and insignia relating to World War I.

The War Memorial records are comprised of information gathered on the Kentucky casualties of World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
