Anthropology

Key information resources for research in cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, anthropological archaeology, and medical anthropology.

Citation and Style Manuals

The two citation and style manuals used in Anthropology are the American Anthropological Association (AAA) Style and the Chicago Manual of Style, which use a footnote system in formal research papers. Footnotes are placed at the bottom of each page or cumulated at the end of the research paper. A formal bibliography of all resources consulted should also be included.
