The State Plan is intended to provide consistent goals and objectives for the federal depository library community in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The main topics include collection development, bibliographic control and access, service, financial responsibility, public relations, and depository library relationships. To assure the success of this State Plan, cooperation is essential among the depository libraries in carrying out the objectives in order to reach the goals set forth for the depository library community in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
