General Policy:

All federal government publications, except those of a reference nature or in poor physical condition, circulate to any Kentucky resi- dent. The loan period depends on the borrower's category.

ILL:

All requests submitted to the Young Library ILL unit from any Kentucky library will be filled. Loan period is two weeks.
