Contributing your work to UKnowledge

Congratulations! ETD Submission Overview

Congratulations on completing your research!  Have your formatting accepted by the Graduate School, verify your metadata for the landing page, and be published to a global audience.

Here's a quick overview of the process; Detailed instructions follow in subsequent tabs (left).

This process begins with electronic submission to the Graduate School (through UKnowledge) where your Graduate School Editor will review your formatting and supplementary materials.
Your editor will carefully review your manuscript and e-mail you your results and further instructions.  Your submission will be accepted, accepted with minor edits, or major edits required.
After you've made the formatting changes, you'll submit your revision.
You'll receive an e-mail either accepting your revision or requiring further changes, and will submit a second revision if necessary.
You will receive a final e-mail notifying you that your submission has been accepted, and the UKnowledge Library Specialist will electronically publish your work to the Internet.

If you need assistance with the electronic submission process, contact the repository.

If you need assistance after submitting but before acceptance, contact the Graduate School.
