We use children's books in the classroom for a variety of reasons - to stimulate imagination and curiosity, to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, to promote social skills and emotional intelligence, to develop an appreciation for heritage and diversity, and to help children understand their communities and their connection to the world around them.
