Interlibrary Loan
Need a book, article, or other research materials that UK Libraries does not own? Use our Interlibrary Loan service.
If you also find items in WorldCat (*that UK Libraries doesn't own) and/or the Center for Research Libraries Catalog (CRL), use our Interlibrary Loan service. For more information about ILL services, check out the FAQ.
STEP 1
Confirm that we do not own the item. This can be done by searching in InfoKat Discovery or directly in one of our databases.
STEP 2
Go to UK Libraries' homepage and click on Interlibrary Loan under Resources.
Click on "ILLiad Account" and log in with your linkblue ID and password.
STEP 3
Select the appropriate type of request from the New Requests drop down menu, fill out the form, and submit it.
For materials that UK Libraries own, look into additional service such as Book & Media Express and Article Express.
