College of Pharmacy Library Resources: Preceptor

Access to library resources for UK's College of Pharmacy

Preceptor Resources

College of Pharmacy Preceptors can remotely access many of the core library databases, e-journals, and e-books from off-campus locations.  The resources listed within this guide are also available to preceptors.  If you have questions, please contact the Medical Center Library.

Link Blue is a directory account (username and password) that can be used for connecting to many UK campus-wide systems.  A Link Blue ID and password are required to access almost all of the licensed library resources from off-campus.  You will enter Link Blue ID and password when prompted by the library proxy server. Entering the correct information verifies current UK faculty status and allows passage through a firewall to obtain access to licensed library resources.

UK Community Faculty Program Office coordinates the issuing of all Link Blue preceptor accounts to UK Medical Center Colleges. They can be contacted at phone 859-323-8018 or email ukahec@uky.edu.

NOTE: See the instructions below for LexiComp access off-campus
