Image Galleries on UKnowledge
If you would like to provide free online access to images related to your research, the University of Kentucky Libraries would be delighted to work with you to create an image gallery on UKnowledge. Thanks to the technical setup of the gallery, readers will be able to view the images in an automatic slideshow and even zoom in to examine the details of individual images. You will also receive download counts of the images by e-mail.

Black History Month Virtual Exhibits
UK Libraries has created virtual exhibits to celebrate Black History Month:
Latino Students at the University of Kentucky
In collaboration with the College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Hispanic Studies, and UK Martin Luther King Center, UK Libraries unveiled the physical exhibit, A Visual History of Latino Students at the University Of Kentucky, 1865-2019, in the William T. Young Library. While the exhibit has been taken down, its online version is still available.
Image Galleries for Passport to the World
In collaboration with the UK College of Arts and Sciences' Passport to the World Program, UK Libraries created different image galleries to showcase artifacts related to the Mexican culture and history:
- A Glimpse into Ancient Mexico: Writings of the Aztecs, Mixtec and Maya
- Alebrijes of Oaxaca, Mexico
- Indigenous Clothing--Huipiles
- Scenes from Mexico: A Selection of Postcards from the UK Library Collection
- The Mexican Revolution: An Exhibition

Event Proceedings on UKnowledge
UKnowledge hosts proceedings of conferences/symposia sponsored by the University of Kentucky. Materials published in the proceedings are easily findable by search engines and freely available online. Presenters will receive download counts of their papers/presentations by e-mail. The University of Kentucky Libraries will undertake the long-term preservation of the content, which ensures that there will be a lasting record of the conferences/symposia and of UK's leadership in research and knowledge sharing.
