A UK Libraries Web Archive

Lexington-Fayette County (Ky.) Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Web Archives

Comprises University of Kentucky and Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky, archived websites and social media pages that document the university and community activities during and responses to the coronavirus disease 2019/COVID-19 pandemic starting in 2020 March. Includes only those seeds, Facebook pages, and Twitter and Instagram hashtags that are specifically about the novel coronavirus 2019 or were included as they documented Kentucky’s experience with and response to the pandemic. However, some sites, social media accounts and hashtags, have evolved into use beyond the pandemic. Some social media pages and hashtags have Kentucky-wide content. All other University of Kentucky web content, including all the UKnow press releases referring to the pandemic and the university and UK HealthCare social media accounts, can be found in the University of Kentucky Web Archives.
