UK faculty, staff, and students have access to Esri software via the University's educational license. For details about downloading Esri software and to find assistance, click here.
Additionally, any UK student can access from their personal computer Virtual Den and find an array of software, including ArcGIS and QGIS. Citrix Receiver software is required. Information about downloading it and accessing Virtual Den can be found here.
Finally, the Science & Engineering Library has a small GIS Lab with computers that feature ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Google Earth, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
