Graduate Student Library Resources

Resources and services to save you time and make your life as a graduate student easier.

How can librarians assist you in the classroom?

If you have the opportunity to create research assignments in your course, we'd like to partner with you in that process.

Subject librarians are available to guest lecture for your students in person or online.  We can teach research skills and concepts that help students think critically.  Information Literacy prepares students to think critically and effectively and is an important component in the UK Core curriculum.  If you'd like for a librarian to teach a class session on research skills, we will be happy to arrange it!

Create

Librarians create custom course guides to help students easily find information and get assistance. Guides can include direct links to databases, ebooks, tutorials, research skills, and much more. Some examples are below.

Develop

Librarians can assist you with developing effective assignment that challenge students to think critically and evaluate information.
