UK Libraries is now providing free access to digital ASTM Book of Standards. Please be aware there is a click-thru license agreement that you will need to agree to to before you get to the site. You will not need to pay for any standards. we just can't make the message to disappear.
All other standards (ISO, IEC, etc.) will need to be purchased. See links below. Please be aware many standards organizations have equivalent standards so you may want to check the digital collection above before purchasing.

Standard Specifications for Transportation Materials and Methods of Sampling and Testing. American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Individual specifications and tests are available for purchase from AASHTO or SAI Global Standards InfoStore. Older print copies are available in the Science & Engineering Library.
