Welcome to the Physics Research Guide. The Science Library houses a small portion of the physics resources that are in hard copy. Books in storage can be ordered and will arrive within a day or two. You will find links to many electronic physics resources throughout this guide. - MacAdam Student ObservatorySince the opening of UK's MacAdam Student Observatory in 2008, the observatory has served UK students and astronomy enthusiasts of every age and experience level throughout Kentucky. Located atop Parking Structure #2 on the center of UK's campus, its dome houses a high-quality 20-inch reflecting telescope and a variety of state-of-the-art optical instruments.
