General Policy: All federal government publications, except for maps and materials of a reference nature or in poor physical condition, circulate to any Kentucky resident. The loan period depends on the borrower's category. Large format black and white photocopies of maps may be provided.
ILL: All requests submitted to the Young Library ILL unit from any Kentucky library will be filled. Loan period is two weeks. Original maps are not loaned, but large format black and white photocopies may be provided.
